The total construction area of ​​the project is approximately 70 000m2, designed as a high security building. In the project, where circulations are clearly defined, visitors will be able to finish their transactions in a less secure area without entering the office environment.

All systems have been designed in line with the goal of "Minimum Energy Consumption-Operating Cost" of the Green Building. By using solar panels on the terrace roof surface of the building, some of the electrical needs of the mechanical devices on the roof will be met.
